Former Vice President, Alhaji Samuel Sam Sumana has consented to escort former President Ernest Bai Koroma and National Executive Officers of the APC Party to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
The police have summoned National Executive Officers of the APC party regarding the press release issued by the party’s Scribe, Alhaji Osman Foday Yansaneh in December in which they said they wouldn’t cooperate with the commissions of inquiry into the financial activities of the Koroma administration, until certain demands were met.
“That’s incitement to rebellion and subverting a constitutional instrument”, Jah told BBC Reporter, Umaru Fofona..
The CID claims the release is seditious and is liable to cause disaffection for the Government of Sierra Leone.
“Former President Koroma is my brother in law and former boss and so I will joined other people to escort him to the CID,” Chief Sam Sumana was quoted to have said.
