Protesting youths have burnt down a police station in Barmoi Luma, Northern Sierra Leone today, Tuesday January 26th 2016.
This information has been revealed by the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Foday Darbor.
This is coming following a violent confrontation by the youths with the police over Ebola restrictions.
He added that measures had been taken by the police to restore peace and order to the area.
A resident of the area, Muhammadu Dansadau, told Sierraloaded that the people in the area were now living in fear despite the presence of armed mobile police men in the area.
